Libraries Alive! on behalf of the State Library of NSW is developing a NSW.net Service Delivery Strategy 2013-16.
The first stage in the development of the strategy will be to receive feedback from all clients using NSW.net services. A survey has been developed for this purpose and has been distributed to better understand the perceived value and importance of the provision of services offered by NSW.net to Councils and public libraries within NSW. The outcome of the survey will assist in setting a strategic direction for the NSW.net service.
The opinions and experiences of all NSW.net clients are vital to the success of this study. Two surveys have been developed: one for IT Contacts (Connectivity) and the other for Library Managers (eResources and Training). Emails with links to these surveys have been sent to both client groups today Thursday, 8 November. The surveys will be open for response for two weeks until Friday, 23 November.
