The NSW.net consortia opt-in offer scheme provides significant discounts on a diverse range of digital information resources and catalogue enhancement tools. This includes specialised journal and magazine collections, as well as ebook, audiobook, and video collections, alongside collection management and catalogue discovery tools.

Before being included in the consortia opt-in offer scheme, products are initially evaluated by the content working group, followed by a statewide trial and evaluation by the NSW public library network.
